Reduce
driveline vibration on lifted vehicles with Skyjacker's heavy-duty Slip Yoke
Eliminator (SYE) Kit for Jeep's NP231J transfer case. Transfer case
tailshaft length is reduced by 6.5" on 1997-02 Wranglers and 4.25" on
1988-95 models resulting in improved driveline angles. Skyjacker’s Kit
includes a redesigned transfer case mainshaft which is not only shorter, but
has an 18% larger spline diameter (32 splines) and allows a 54% increase in
torque capacity. This SYE Kit allows you to run a longer, CV driveshaft.

Cardan CV drive shafts
After installing a Slip-Yoke Eliminator Kit it is necessary to include a longer
driveshaft into the equation.
Your stock driveshaft will simply be to short. These balanced
double Cardan CV drive shafts are more rugged than stock and will eliminate
driveshaft vibration associated with high lift vehicles and steep driveline
angles.

Skyjacker's
High Capacity Tranny Pan
Does your tranny suck air or
suck fluid? This performance transmission oil pan is the best protection for you
and your automatic Jeep 1997-04 Wrangler TJ. If you rock crawl your TJ up or
down a steep incline for any length of time, the transmission fluid runs to
either end of the oil pan. Without having extra fluid, your automatic
transmission may run dry, shutting itself down (it feels like you’re in
neutral). With Skyjacker’s High Capacity Oil Pan, you’ll have more fluid to help
prevent this from happening to you. The additional fluid will also help keep the
transmission cooler.

Clearance Transmission Skid Plate
You better protect your TJs
belly, ‘cause getting hit in the belly can really hurt on the trails.
Skyjacker’s high clearance belly pan skid plate is made from 3/16” steel with
precision formed and gussetted corner for superior strength. A unique “Z-Bend”
internal crossmember provides ultimate load capacity to withstand abuse from
even the harshest terrain.
This high clearance skid plate
will fit your 1997-02 Jeep TJs with a Skyjacker 2”, 4”, 6” or 8” lift System. It
also works with any of the other lifts out there. Zinc plated for a great look
and corrosion resistance.
The High Clearance Skid Plate
gains you 2-1/2" of ground clearance. If you JUST install the High Clearance
Skid Plate, you will need to install a 1" body lift PLUS a 1" offset motor mount
kit. The skid plate raises the transfer case & transmission upward toward the
floorboard / transmission tunnel. By raising the t-case & tranny, you are
raising the back of the engine. That in turn is tilting the motor forward. The
1" motor mount will center the fan back into the proper position in fan shroud.

Ready® DOM Replacement Tie Rod Tube
Skyjacker introduces another
item to its Rock Ready® line. After bending the OEM Tie Rod Tube, Skyjacker went
straight to the drawing board to design a more durable design to overcome the
rugged terrain we all love to conquer.
Skyjacker replaces the
original .868 x .16 tie rod tube with a 1.25” OD x .25 wall thickness DOM tubing
that is swedged down on each end to original specs and fitted with new retaining
clamps. Made from heavier materials, this bolt-in replacement will give you
stability and more confidence to steer down the toughest trails. Includes new
clamps.

Swedging is a hammer forged
forming process to shape steel. Swedging is a century old metal shaping process
that only the most skilled blacksmiths of the past could master. They used a die
to hammer the metal into their desired shape. The current modernized technology
still used this basic principle to shape a large piece of metal into the desired
shape, only the equipment has changed. Skyjacker’s 1.25” OD x .25” tubing is
placed in a swedging machine that forms the reduced end size using a series of
hammer to die blows. The finished product has reduced ends (to original specs)
and the wall thickness stays within +-.001”. NO stretching or crimping is used
to produce a Skyjacker swaged tie rod tube. Skyjacker invested the time and
money to give you the strongest piece available. This larger and thicker
replacement is by all means a worthy investment.
The larger 1.25" OD material
has a .25" wall thickness. The larger tubing adds additional strength needed
when rock crawling and/or running the additional load of larger tires & wheels.
The larger tubing is swedged down to a specific size and then threaded to allow
the stock tie rod end to be simply screwed-in to its proper side.
The larger, more durable
material strength increases your off-road readiness. Gold zinc finished to
resist the elements and add the stylish flare of an aftermarket piece. Replace
the stock weakness with a high-end Skyjacker replacement.
